Transparency as a principle
One principle, three promises
Kim Bảo Minh Châu (KBMC) trades in gold jewellery, investment gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones. The trade runs on trust: a client cannot weigh gold purity or grade a diamond's clarity alone. KBMC therefore treats transparency as an operating rule, not a slogan.
- Prices have a formula. The selling price shows three separate lines: metal value at the day's price board, labour, and stone value. Buy-back prices follow a published formula that staff cannot override.
- Every piece has a record. Each piece carries a unique laser-engraved code linked to its purity test, weight, stone report and history from workshop to client.
- Promises are written down. Sales, buy-back, warranty, custody and complaint policies are published with a version number and effective date. Earlier versions stay on record for comparison.
Kim Bảo and Minh Châu
The name joins two images. Kim Bảo is precious gold, value that lasts for generations. Minh Châu is the bright pearl, standing for diamonds and gemstones. The Minh Châu collection carries the brand name, setting aquamarine and yellow sapphire in 18K white gold.
