KBMC quotes in writing before any work, and proceeds only with your agreement.

Weight before and after

At every service intake KBMC weighs the piece in front of you and records it on the receipt. On return it is weighed again and recorded. Polishing removes a very small amount of metal; the loss is logged on the piece's record so you can follow it over time.

Digital warranty card

The warranty card is linked to the laser-engraved item code. If you lose the paper card, look it up by phone number and item code. The warranty follows whoever owns the piece, including when it was a gift.

Not covered

Natural wear, surface scratches, coloured stones discoloured by chemicals, and pieces already repaired elsewhere.
