Referral programme terms

Who can join

Registered members of the Kim Bảo Minh Châu (KBMC) website, aged 18 or over, holding a bank account in their own name. Apply from your Account page, Referrals tab. KBMC reviews applications within 2 working days. Once approved you receive a personal referral code and link.

How a referred order is recorded

An order is credited to a referrer when either:

• The customer opens the website through the referral link and orders within 30 days on the same browser.
• The customer registers as a member after opening the referral link; the code is then tied to that account.

Each order is credited to one referrer only. The most recently opened link counts.

How commission is calculated

The default rate is 10% of labour after discounts. The rate for each partner is shown on their Account page. Metal and stone value is excluded because KBMC sells that part close to market price, published on the listed price board.

Illustration: an 18K ring with 2,000,000 VND labour, and the customer uses a 10% labour discount. Labour after discount is 1,800,000 VND. A 10% commission is 180,000 VND.

Approval and payout

1. New order: commission is pending.
2. Order completed and the return window closed under the delivery and returns policy: commission is approved.
3. Cancelled, refunded or returned orders: no commission.
4. KBMC creates a payout once approved commission reaches 500,000 VND and transfers it to the partner's registered bank account.

Personal income tax

Commission is personal income. For payouts of 2,000,000 VND or more, KBMC withholds 10% personal income tax before transfer and issues a withholding certificate on request. The rate follows current tax rules.

Exclusions

• Orders placed by the referrer, or with a phone number or email matching the referrer.
• Orders from paid ads using the KBMC name or brand without KBMC's written consent.
• Orders showing signs of fraud: multiple self-created accounts, repeated buy-and-return, use of another person's details.

Communication rules

Partners describe KBMC products and policies truthfully. Partners do not promise investment returns on gold, do not present themselves as KBMC staff, and do not send bulk messages to people who have not opted in. Breaches lead to suspension and cancellation of unpaid commission.

Personal data

KBMC stores partners' bank details to pay commission and issue tax documents. Referrers see only the order number, date and commission, never the referred customer's name, phone or address. Details follow the Privacy policy.

Changes

KBMC announces changes to rates or terms on this page at least 15 days in advance. Orders placed before a change keep the previous terms.
