Delivery and returns
Delivery
- Free, fully insured delivery nationwide.
- In-stock pieces: 1 to 3 working days in Ho Chi Minh City, 3 to 5 working days elsewhere.
- Made-to-order pieces: 10 to 14 days from the deposit.
- Parcels are sealed and coded. Check the seal and film the unboxing. If the seal is broken, refuse the parcel and tell KBMC the same day.
Boutique pickup
Choose boutique pickup at checkout. Bring photo ID and your order number. Someone collecting for you brings a letter of authorisation and their own ID.
7-day exchanges

| 24K investment gold, gold bars | No exchange; buy-back at the board price applies |
Wrong delivery
Wrong design, metal or size, a missing grading report, or a manufacturing defect found within 7 days: KBMC replaces the piece or refunds 100%, as you choose, and pays shipping both ways.
Refunds
Refunds go to the same account or card you paid with, within 3 working days after KBMC receives and checks the piece.
