Website terms of use

Price information

Website prices are indicative, based on the latest KBMC board. The final price is the one in force when KBMC confirms the order and you pay, under the Sales policy. Other companies' market prices are shown for reference only; KBMC does not trade at those prices.

Images and 3D models

Product images are rendered from 3D models at true production scale. Metal colour and stone brilliance on screen depend on your display. Website weights are estimates at size 7; actual weight is on the tag and invoice.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. KBMC never asks for passwords or verification codes by phone, message or email.

Website assistant

The Kim Bảo assistant answers common questions from KBMC data. Its answers do not replace quotes, invoices or policy documents. Where they differ, the published policy applies.

Intellectual property

Designs, 3D models, images and text on the website belong to KBMC. You may share links; copying for commercial use requires KBMC's written consent.

Changes

Each policy page shows a version number and effective date. Earlier versions are kept and can be looked up. Each transaction follows the version in force on its date.
