Description

Upright as bamboo

Bamboo grows straight and bends in the wind without breaking, and this ring takes its form from those qualities. Around the round band rise nine evenly spaced bamboo joints, each node a small gold ridge that catches the light, with a smooth, polished 24K gold stem between each pair of nodes.

The ring is cast in 24K gold in a nine-joint mold. The artisan refines each node to a crisp ridge, then polishes the stem of each joint so the ridges and stems catch the light differently.

How to wear

Wear alone each day. On festive occasions, stack with the Red Thread Ring so the bamboo texture sits beside the red thread.
