Description

A star within the Milky Way

Within the Milky Way there is one star brighter than the rest, and this ring is built around exactly that idea. A round diamond of approx. 6.1 mm in diameter stands at the centre, with tiny points of light running along the shoulders on either side, all set against rose gold as warm as the sky at dusk.

A round diamond on six prongs, with nine stones on each shoulder like a small band of stars. 18K rose gold warms the white of the diamonds.

A six-prong star

A natural round-cut diamond of approx. 0.86 ct held by six prongs, each covering only a small part of the edge of the stone.

Nine stars on each shoulder

Eighteen diamonds of approx. 1.1 mm, divided evenly between the two shoulders with nine on each side, approx. 0.10 ct in total.

A compact setting

The setting stands approx. 5.1 mm above the band, high enough for the stone to catch light yet neat enough for everyday work.

Craftsmanship

After the band is cast, the six 18K rose gold prongs are bent by hand under magnification to embrace the centre stone. The eighteen small stones on the shoulders are set one by one, and the whole ring is polished again.

How to wear

Choose the Starlight Ring for the proposal, then place the rose gold Moonlight Pavé Band beside it on the wedding day.
